preheat oven to 350° (convection) or 375° (still)

Lobster Mac n Cheese
remove lid, place container on baking sheet and cover. bake for 20 minutes, heat uncovered for 15-20 more minutes until bubbling and golden brown. if frozen thaw 24 - 48 hours in the refrigerator before baking Truffle Butter / Demi Baguette

Chateaubriand
let beef come up to room temp for 15 minutes, heat uncovered for 15 minutes, or until desired temp is reached.

Bordelaise Sauce
reheat on stovetop in saucepan over medium/low heat until simmering, or in microwave in a
vented microwave safe container,
in twenty second bursts until hot

Haricots Verts
remove lid and heat in pan for 10-15 minutes, stir halfway through

Potato Gratin
remove lid & bake for 20-25 minutes, until tops are golden brown

Pickup is available at 518 York Street in Newport, KY from 12:30pm until 3:30pm

Delivery is available to most addresses within the I-275 loop. Charges are:
