Roasted Red Potato Salad with Whole Grain Mustard Vinaigrette

We roast quartered red skin potatoes with olive oil, kosher salt and pepper and then toss them with tangy whole grain mustard vinaigrette and green onions. A completely new kind of potato "salad". Please do not eat cold, let come to room temperature an hour before eating. Or, it can also be briefly heated and served warm, as that is when this dish is at it's best.

Pickup is available at 518 York Street in Newport, KY from 12:30pm until 3:30pm
Delivery is available to most addresses within the I-275 loop. Charges are:
- $25 for orders under $75
- $10 for orders over $75
- FREE delivery for orders above $150

At our clients’ request, canceled orders can be donated to the local community. Donations will be made to organizations at eat well’s discretion.
