Sunday Dinner

Serves 4-6

Preheat oven to 350° (convection) or 375° (still)

beef tenderloin
bring to room temperature for 1 hour. remove plastic wrap & reheat for 15-20 minutes for a warm roast, or serve chilled if desired. serve with horseradish & scallion sauce.

wok charred broccolini
place on baking sheet & heat in oven for 3-5 minutes, rotate pan & heat additional 5 minutes or until lightly browned. or microwave, covered, in 1 minute bursts.

potato gratin
remove lid & bake for 20-25 minutes, until tops are golden brown

Pickup is available at 518 York Street in Newport, KY from 12:30pm until 3:30pm

Delivery is available to most addresses within the I-275 loop. Charges are:

• $25 for orders under $75
• $10 for orders over $75

At our clients’ request, canceled orders can be donated to the local community. Donations will be made to organizations at eat well’s discretion.
