Brisket, when cooked well, is an absolutely magical cut of beef. Capable of feeding a crowd, with a rich meaty flavor and fall-apart tender texture. It is the perfect solution to the question: what can I serve all my guests that everyone will love so much they will run back for seconds? Simply re-heat and serve for the party, and wouldn't you know it, it also makes the perfect hot or cold midnight snack. We braise our flat cut prime brisket low and slow and send it home to you with sweet onion jus on the side.

Pickup is available at 518 York Street in Newport, KY from 12:30pm until 3:30pm
Delivery is available to most addresses within the I-275 loop. Charges are:
- $25 for orders under $75
- $10 for orders over $75
- FREE delivery for orders above $150

At our clients’ request, canceled orders can be donated to the local community. Donations will be made to organizations at eat well’s discretion.
