This recipe is one of my comfort food favorites, and the fact that it is vegan, makes it even better. A mix of sautéed mushrooms cooked with mushroom stock, red wine, carrots, onions, and garlic. Full of rich flavors, it makes for a wonderfully hearty and filling meal. Enjoy as-is, or serve with our vegan mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, or pasta.

Remove from container and place in saucepan with ¼ cup water. Heat on stovetop over medium/low heat until simmering, stirring occasionally, OR
Preheat oven to 350 degrees - convection (preferred) or 375 degrees - still and
heat in the oven for 40-45 minutes, covered. transfer to a crockpot or a warm dish & serve

Delivery is available to most addresses within the I-275 loop. Charges are:
- $25 for orders under $75
- $10 for orders over $75
- FREE delivery for orders above $150

At our clients’ request, canceled orders can be donated to the local community. Donations will be made to organizations at eat well’s discretion.
