Chile Rellenos with mild red chile sauce and cashew crema
preheat oven to 350° (convection) or 375° (still)

remove lid, place container on baking sheet and cover. Bake for 30 minutes. Insert a paring knife to check the temperature in the center. recover and heat an additional 15-0 minutes until nice and hot.

Cilantro rice pilaf
uncover quart container, (or transfer rice to microwave safe container) add 2 tablespoons water to rice, and loosely cover with lid or plastic wrap.Heat for 2 minutes in microwave on high power, stir and then heat another 1-3 minutes more.

Pickup is available at 518 York Street in Newport, KY from 12:30pm until 3:30pm

Delivery is available to most addresses within the I-275 loop. Charges are:
