Over the years, I have had so many lovely clients reach out to me to ask about prepared food I can deliver to a favorite family member, who is recuperating, or to friends or relatives who are new parents, adjusting to a schedule with baby. THIS is the bundle I designed for them, and for the people who want to treat and take care of them. It has something for every hour of the day, and provides plenty of nourishment and joy! The gift of good food, what could be better.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees - convection (preferred) or 375 degrees - still

heat one burrito at a time from the fridge, 1 minute in microwave on high power until soft, then heat in saute pan on medium heat to crisp tortilla OR from the freezer, 1.5 minutes in microwave on high power (should be hot, but soft), followed by 3-5 minutes in toaster oven at 400°.

heat on medium, stirring occasionally until a low simmer, let simmer for five minutes

Chicken Burrito Casserole
remove lid, cover with foil and place container on baking sheet. bake for 20-25 minutes. uncover & bake for 15-20 minutes more
